Our faculty is the home of the 2016 Nobel laureate in Chemistry, Ben Feringa, and GELIFES is the home of the 2014 Spinoza Prize winner, Theunis Piersma! The MSc in Biology offers a combination of in-depth training and the opportunity for designing a tailor-made program. We specialize in Modelling in Life Sciences and focus on the study of the causes and consequences of Animal Behavior. You will also receive coaching by a personal mentor. It is possible to enroll in the Master's degree program four times a year (every half-semester).

How do humans, animals and plants adapt to their environment? This question is central to the Radboud University Master’s programme in Biology.

The master's programme in Medical Biotechnology provides a solid foundation for the development of sustainable biotechnological solutions and their use in health care. Students acquire knowledge about state-of-the-art techniques, and experience in operating technological platforms and analysing big data in the context of human health. Graduates have the competence necessary to research and develop diagnostics, disease prevention tools and therapies.

In the Radboud University Master's programme Medical Biology you will explore the biological mechanisms of health and sickness.

The master's programme in Molecular Science and Engineering provides in-depth knowledge of molecular systems and advanced tools for careers in industry, academia, and society. An emphasis is placed on molecules: their design, characterisation, and applications both as individual entities and as part of materials. The programme also relates to sustainability with an emphasis on energy and environment, safety, and innovation.
